Step 2: Property Visit. After your initial consultation, I will come out to your home to get familiar with the property and do an assessment. I will provide you with upgrade, and repair suggestions during the home visit. This step will better prepare your home for the selling market. At this time we will also discuss whether or not you would like to stage your home.
Step 4: Establishing a Selling price. Denisse will present you with a current and recently closed home comparable market analysis that will allow you to understand the current value of your home. Denisse will provide you with her professional opinion of value based on your current home condition and based on similar homes that have recently closed in the nearby area.
Step 5: Marketing Plan. Denisse works with the best photographers in the area to capture your home like a magazine cover! Our photographer will provide photos from both the interior and exterior of the home. Upon receipt of the photos, Denisse will launch the listing to all the leading real estate website platforms to help you get instant visibility on the market!
